About ALB Renovation
Where is ALB Renovation based?
We are based in Tottington, Bury, in Greater Manchester. We are a mobile team with no showroom or shop: we come to your home to see the job and give you a quote.
Which areas do you cover?
Greater Manchester, including Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Manchester, Salford, Oldham, Stockport, Wigan and Trafford; Lancashire, including Rossendale, Blackburn, Chorley and Preston; and London.
Is ALB Renovation a registered company?
Yes. ALB Renovation Ltd is a private limited company registered at Companies House, company number 12485394, incorporated on 26 February 2020.
Are you insured, and do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We are fully insured, and every project comes with our workmanship guarantee.
What services do you offer?
Bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation, full house renovation, plumbing, lighting installation, door fitting, interior work (plastering, painting, tiling and flooring) and exterior work (rendering, cladding, roofing, guttering, fencing and landscaping).
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We are closed on Sundays, but you can send a WhatsApp message or use the quote form at any time and we will reply on the next working day.
Quotes and pricing
Are your quotes free?
Yes. Quotes are free, written and come with no obligation. We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote form, call 07400 803399, or send photos of the job on WhatsApp. We will ask a few questions, arrange a visit if needed and send you a written quote.
Can I send photos for a quicker estimate?
Yes. Photos on WhatsApp help us understand the job before we visit, and for smaller jobs we can often give you a rough idea of cost from them.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Our pricing is transparent: the written quote shows what is included, with no hidden fees added later.
During the work
Will one team handle all the trades?
Yes. Plumbing, lighting, plastering, tiling, carpentry and decorating are handled by our team, so you have one point of contact from start to finish.
Will you finish on time?
Your written quote includes a start date and an expected finish, and we plan the work to deliver to it. If anything unexpected comes up, such as hidden damp or damaged pipework, we tell you straight away with the options before carrying on.
Do you tidy up after the job?
Yes. We keep the work area tidy while we are there and clear up when we finish.
